Overview:
The Community Engagement Specialist serves as the primary community liaison for Arco Home Services, J&A, and Restano, driving local brand awareness, community involvement, and marketing support across the Cleveland and Pittsburgh markets. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and local leadership teams, this role develops community partnerships, executes events and sponsorships, supports marketing campaigns, and helps drive business growth.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Community Engagement

    • Build and manage relationships with chambers of commerce, community organizations, schools, nonprofits, and local sports teams.
    • Plan and execute community events, sponsorship activations, and partnership opportunities, with a goal of at least two external events per month.
    • Support employee engagement and community service initiatives.
    • Coordinate local media opportunities and promote community involvement across all brands.
    • Track and report on event participation, brand exposure, and community engagement results.
    • Monitor social media and community sentiment to identify opportunities for engagement.

    Marketing Support

    • Execute local marketing initiatives across traditional and digital channels.
    • Support integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
    • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, paid search, LSA, and reputation management.
    • Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
    • Partner with local operations teams to support market-specific business objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 2+ years of marketing, community relations, PR, or event planning experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teams.
  • Experience in home services, skilled trades, or other service-based industries is a plus.
  • Graphic design, content creation, and social media experience are a plus.
