Quality Care 4U Community Services, LLC is a community-based adult day program that provides meaningful activities, skill development, social engagement, and person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges. Position Summary:
We’re seeking compassionate support professionals who have their own reliable vehicle to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges in community-based activities, life skills development, and individualized support plans. This role focuses on helping participants build independence, social skills, and community connections.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport participants to community activities (fuel allowance program provided)
- Support participant volunteering, recreation, and skill-building activities
- Promote independence and self-advocacy
- Ensure health and well-being in community settings
- Maintain documentation of activities and progress
Qualifications:- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured personal vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and dependable personality
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings
