The Opportunity

Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.

New to property management? That's okay. You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands-on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas
• Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically active work
• Professional and respectful with residents and coworkers
• Groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar experience is a plus
