We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to help promote our home care services within the community and build strong connections with referral sources, clients, families, and local organizations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Promote home care services in a professional, empathetic, and informative manner.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and support business growth within assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with service capabilities and client needs.
  • Track outreach activities, referrals, and market trends to support reporting and planning.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services, availability, and next steps.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
