Position Summary
We seek a highly motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented Community Lending Program Analyst to support the growth and operational excellence of our national Community Lending initiatives. This role plays a critical part in executing, tracking, and optimizing community outreach programs and events across diverse markets nationwide. The ideal candidate blends analytical expertise with strong project management, data analytics, and initiative coordination skills. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Community Partners, and Leadership, this position ensures that Guild's community programs are impactful, scalable, and aligned with our mission of expanding sustainable homeownership.
Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $61,803 to $92,739 annually.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant's geographical location.
