- Existing relationships with Greater Boston hospital discharge planners, geriatric care managers, or elder law attorneys strongly preferred
- Deep familiarity with the Greater Boston senior care ecosystem — understanding who the key referral sources are, how they evaluate home care agencies, and what it takes to earn their trust
- Strong individual contributor profile — this is a territory ownership role, not a team management role
- CRM discipline — experience logging activity, tracking pipeline, and reporting on referral source performance
- Ability to speak credibly about clinical care standards, caregiver credentialing, and condition-specific care
- Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Experience in a startup or early-stage environment where you built something rather than maintained something is a strong plus

- Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners, presenting Everstead's clinical standards, service lines, and caregiver credentialing model in a compelling and credible way
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy in coordination with the CEO — identifying high-value referral sources, prioritizing outreach, and tracking relationship progress in CRM
- Manage the referral-to-intake handoff — ensuring every referred family receives a timely, professional response that reflects the company's standard
- Represent Everstead at community events, senior care networking functions, and professional association meetings to build brand presence and referral credibility

- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operational capacity supports the referral pipeline
