WE ARE EXPANDING! Our Home Care department is looking for a Community Liaison to join the Business Development team at Stella Maris to support our expanision into Howard County, Maryland! Responsibilities:

The Community Liaison is essentially a health care sales position and is responsible for generating referral sources from the assigned territory. Referral sources may include hospitals, physicians, social workers, retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the general community.

• Manage home care, hospice, and personal care business development plans and maintain referral goals.
• Maintains current contracted relationships and develops new relationships to increase referrals.
• Works collaboratively with available resources to assess and identify opportunities that will meet patient needs.
• Meets with potential clients/families to discuss Stella Maris Community Based Services.
• Develops a marketing plan for community based services and meets with our referral base.
• Host and attend marketing events for current vendors and potential new vendors.

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in home health or hospice required

• Prior experience in Sales or Marketing a plus

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, or related health field (Years of experience may be used in lieu of degree)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• This position will require local travel to promote Stella Maris Home Care, Hospice and Personal Care

 

 

Min: USD $36.25/Hr. Max: USD $55.80/Hr.
