We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Community Liaison / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends inside sales, lead conversion, and community relationship management. You’ll be a key player in driving new client admissions while supporting families through important care decisions.
Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
Uncapped commission and bonus structure
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $80,000

Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients and referral sources
Educate families on home care services and close new client admissions
Schedule and follow up on assessments
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and senior communities
Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Meet and exceed monthly sales and referral goals
Inside sales, healthcare sales, or home care experience preferred
Strong phone presence and relationship-building skills
Goal-driven and motivated by commission and performance bonuses
Organized, professional, and reliable
Home care or healthcare experience is a plus
