    Community Liaison 

    Position Details

    • Job Title: Community Liaison (Healthcare Marketing & Sales)
    • Location: Jacksonville, Florida
    • Service Territory: Nassau, Duval, and Baker Counties
    • Employment Type: Full-Time
    • Salary: $75,000–$88,000 annually (base) + uncapped commission
    • Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

    About the Position

    We're seeking a passionate, self-driven Community Liaison to build relationships and expand our presence within the healthcare community. As the face of our organization, you'll champion our mission while connecting with physicians, healthcare partners, and families who deserve compassionate, quality care.

    This is a dynamic role that combines relationship-building, business development, and patient advocacy. You'll drive growth by increasing community awareness, building trust with referral sources, and ensuring families have access to the services they need.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture partnerships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and healthcare professionals
    • Community Outreach: Conduct regular, meaningful outreach to increase visibility and preference for our services
    • Business Development: Drive referral growth and census targets through intentional visits and strategic partnerships
    • Patient Support: Lead initial consultations with families, explain services with empathy, and facilitate enrollment
    • Territory Management: Serve as the primary representative across the assigned service area

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent professional experience considered)
    • Proven ability to establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
    • Background screening clearance eligibility
    • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred:

    • Hospice or palliative care marketing experience
    • Prior clinical background or healthcare industry experience
    • Demonstrated success in relationship-driven sales roles
