Position Overview

Caretech is seeking an outgoing, Community Liaison to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients while also fostering meaningful relationships in the community to support the growth of our in-home care services. This role blends relationship-building, marketing, and client service to help ensure every family and client receives the attention and support they need.


Key Responsibilities

·         Increase Brand Awareness: Development and nurture local community partnerships and referral sources.  Attend and sponsor networking events and activities.  Leverage social media to highlight local activity and engagement

·         Business Development: Increase client referrals and develop team of qualified care providers to support Home Care needs in Western Nebraska 

·         Caregiver Engagement: Attract and engage potential caregivers looking for employment.   Attend job fairs, community college events and other sources for recruitment efforts.

  • Schedule and conduct in-home assessments and consultations with prospective clients and families
  • Represent Caretech at community events, networking groups, senior fairs, clinics, hospitals, and local businesses
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with referral sources such as social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and senior centers
  • Track and report lead activity, referral sources, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the Care Coordination and Scheduling teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Caretech’s services, processes, and value proposition

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in community outreach, sales, healthcare marketing, or client services (home care or healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Home Care reimbursement options and State funded programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with travel throughout the local area and conducting home visits
  • Valid driver’s license
