Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily community operations
• Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and NOI
• Manage budgets, collections, and reporting
• Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with budgets, leasing, and resident relations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Entrata experience preferred)
• Bilingual is a plus
