Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Community Manager for an exciting Direct Hire opportunity with one of our multifamily clients in the Panama City Beach, FL area.

We are looking for a strong property management professional who is confident leading a community, managing day-to-day operations, developing a high-performing team, and providing an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community

• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site leasing, office, and maintenance teams

• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and resident retention

• Manage property financial performance, budgets, expenses, and collections

• Review reports and monitor community performance and operational goals

• Maintain strong resident relations and resolve concerns professionally

• Ensure the community maintains excellent curb appeal and property standards

• Partner with maintenance leadership to address property and resident needs

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures

• Build a positive, professional, and results-driven team culture

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily Community Manager experience is required

• Strong leadership and team management experience

• Solid understanding of apartment community operations

• Experience with leasing, occupancy, renewals, collections, and resident relations

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage financial and operational performance

• Professional, dependable, and confident when working with residents, team members, and ownership

• Familiarity with multifamily property management software is preferred
