Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing and engaging with consumers across multiple social media channels for various brands. The ideal candidate will act as the brand's external voice and an internal advocate for consumer feedback, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience. You will actively monitor social media for emerging risks and opportunities, collaborating with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with consumers on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media for trends and emerging risks.
- Develop and maintain brand voice in social interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Contribute to the creation of social media content.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with Sprinklr
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for social content
- Excellent consumer engagement abilities
This role requires experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands, particularly within the baby and child care sector, demonstrating an understanding of consumer needs and brand representation.
