Community Manager / Leasing (Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Community Manager / Leasing professional for a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Carlsbad, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, supporting leasing activities, managing resident relations, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service, sales, and property management operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and office staff operations
• Handle resident concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution
• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with leasing options
• Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
• Monitor occupancy rates and support strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain accurate leasing and property records in management software

Requirements

• Strong skills in customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving
• Experience in property management, leasing, or related administrative roles preferred
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and operational tasks
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency
• Must be able to pass a clean background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
