Community Manager – North Region - (Las Vegas, NV)

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000

A high-performing residential portfolio needs a strong, strategic leader to oversee multiple communities across the North Las Vegas region. This role is ideal for a seasoned property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads teams with confidence, and consistently delivers operational excellence.

As the Regional Property Manager, you will guide on-site teams, drive financial performance, and ensure each community operates at the highest standard. You will serve as the primary decision-maker for your assigned portfolio, shaping resident experience, team culture, and property success.

Your Impact as a Regional Property Manager

You will oversee a multi-site portfolio, ensuring each community meets performance goals in occupancy, financial health, resident satisfaction, and operational compliance. You will lead and develop on-site managers, support maintenance operations, and collaborate with leadership to execute strategic initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Financial Leadership

  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets for multiple communities.
  • Oversee rent collection, delinquency control, and expense management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial performance reports to meet portfolio goals.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving strategies across the region.

Team & Leadership Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support Community Managers and on-site teams.
  • Oversee hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, service, and results.

Leasing, Marketing & Occupancy Strategy

  • Drive leasing performance across all assigned communities.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, rental rate strategies, and renewal programs.
  • Ensure consistent execution of leasing standards and customer service expectations.

Resident Relations & Community Engagement

  • Promote a positive living environment through strong resident communication.
  • Support community events, resident retention programs, and policy enforcement.
  • Resolve escalated resident concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Operational Oversight & Property Performance

  • Conduct regular property inspections across the region.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure quality work.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain consistent operational excellence across all communities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, or multi-site leader.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Private Investigator’s License (work card).

Preferred:

  • CAM or similar industry certification.
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Prior multi-site or regional leadership experience.
