Lead a 440-Unit Apartment Community
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead The Winsted at Valley Ranch, a 440-unit apartment community in Irving, Texas.
We're looking for a proven multifamily leader who can develop a strong team, drive occupancy and financial performance, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
What You Will Do
- Lead the overall operations and performance of the community
- Hire, coach, and develop office and maintenance teams
- Drive leasing, occupancy, retention, and revenue
- Oversee collections, expenses, budgeting, and financial performance
- Maintain strong property standards and curb appeal
- Ensure service requests and apartment turns are completed promptly
- Build strong resident relationships and resolve concerns
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of Community Manager experience in multifamily property management required
- Experience managing a larger community preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing, budgeting, financials, and property operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Yardi experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to respond to occasional weekend or emergency needs
