We are seeking an energetic and motivated Community Manager to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all property operations, staff, and resident relations
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and rent collections
- Lead and develop on-site teams including maintenance and office staff
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and operating efficiently
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in property management or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial and budgeting experience
- Senior housing property management experience preferred
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
