We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. The Community Outreach Assistant will support promotional campaigns, live events, brand activations, and outreach initiatives that connect organizations with their target audiences.

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing community outreach campaigns, promotional events, and marketing initiatives
- Represent client brands at local events, community programs, and in-person activations
- Engage with community members, customers, and event attendees to create positive brand experiences
- Support event setup, coordination, registration, and breakdown activities
- Help increase brand awareness through face-to-face marketing and relationship building
- Maintain professional communication with clients, team members, and community partners
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign performance
- Track event participation, outreach efforts, and campaign results
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to meet client goals
- Participate in training sessions focused on marketing strategies, leadership development, and professional growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
