Precious Care ABA is seeking a motivated, relationship -driven <\/span>Community Outreach Coordinator<\/span><\/b> to help expand our referral network throughout New Jersey. This is a field -based position focused on building relationships with Care Management Organizations (CMOs), diagnostic providers, pediatricians, schools, daycares, social workers, and other community partners.<\/span>

Existing relationships with CMOs, evaluators, schools, pediatricians, or community organizations is strongly preferred<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Visit CMOs, diagnostic centers, pediatric offices, schools, and daycares throughout New Jersey<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with community partners<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Represent Precious Care ABA at networking events and community meetings<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Educate referral sources about our services and intake process<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Distribute marketing materials and follow up with referral contacts<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Track outreach activities and provide regular updates to leadership<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Identify new referral opportunities and community partnerships<\/span>

    • Prior ABA experience required<\/span><\/b>

    • Strong understanding of autism services and the referral process<\/span>

    • Excellent communication and relationship -building skills<\/span>

    • Self -motivated and comfortable working independently<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must live in New Jersey<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey<\/span>
      <\/li>
