Position Highlights

• Create relationships with the community-at-large, such as nursing facilities, retirement centers, physicians, hospital staff and discharge planners, in an effort to create referral sources for the community.
• Participate and engage in local organizations and add value to others by making presentations and providing education on assisted living, memory care, and the community’s capabilities.
• Track leads and results of external marketing efforts
• Develop and implement special events to showcase the community.
• Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

 

• Passionate about helping seniors live their best life!
• Able to spend over 50% of time out of the office developing leads and creating relationships.
• Direct external and internal sales with demonstrated results.
• Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite and ability to utilize software systems.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
