Community Outreach Leader

iCRYO Edgewater is a recovery-and-wellness center, and we're hiring a full-time Community Outreach Leader to be the engine that brings new Guests through our doors. You are an outreach and business-development professional first, based out of our center. Being in-center keeps you in our culture and ready to help cover the floor when you're in, but your real job is building relationships across the neighborhood and turning them into booked Guests: local partnerships, residential buildings, pop-ups, and events. You are the magnetic face of iCRYO in the community, and you own the pipeline end to end.

You report to the Managing Partner. This role is defined by ROI: outreach activity, events run, and above all the new Guests and revenue those efforts drive. Compensation is $22/hour base plus an uncapped, ROI-based performance commission, built so that when you drive results, you are rewarded generously.

Responsibilities

Own our local outreach pipeline (businesses, buildings, and partners in our neighborhood radius) using our outreach system and tracker.

Plan, run, and staff pop-ups and community events, and show up as the face of iCRYO.

Move warm leads to booked, paying Guests, and follow up so we keep growing our network.

Keep every touch logged and visible so we can see what is working.

Help maintain a steady social media presence tied to our monthly plan and events.

Help cover the floor and perform our lifestyle services when you are in. We fully train you.

Outreach, business-development, or sales experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a service business.

A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable representing a brand in the community and at events.

Organized and consistent with follow-up and with logging activity in a tracker.

Comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and weekends for events.

Chicago-based and able to work in-center at our Edgewater location.
