Eye Care Specialists is seeking an outgoing, motivated Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help increase awareness of our practice and the services we provide.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being out in the community. The primary focus will be introducing Eye Care Specialists to local organizations, businesses, medical offices, senior communities, and residents throughout Norwood, Norfolk, and surrounding towns.ResponsibilitiesVisit local businesses, senior centers, community organizations, medical offices, and other locations to introduce Eye Care Specialists and our servicesDistribute marketing materials throughout surrounding communitiesBuild and maintain relationships with local businesses and healthcare providersIdentify new opportunities to increase community awareness and patient referralsAttend local community events, health fairs, and networking opportunitiesPromote our comprehensive services, including routine eye care, cataract surgery, glaucoma, retina care, dry eye treatment, and specialty eye careAssist with planning local marketing and outreach initiativesTrack outreach efforts and provide updates on contacts and opportunitiesQualificationsFriendly, professional, and comfortable approaching new peopleExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOrganized and dependableFamiliarity with the Norwood/Norfolk and surrounding communities is a plusMarketing, sales, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred but not requiredReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallyAbout Eye Care SpecialistsEye Care Specialists is a growing, physician-owned ophthalmology and optometry practice providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and routine eye care to patients throughout the Greater Boston and Southern Massachusetts area.Join us and help more members of our community discover the eye care services available close to home.
