Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school including or supplemented by courses in typing and office practices and one year of general clerical experience involving public contact. Must pass a clerical proficiency test. Must also pass a Bilingual test. A valid first aid and CPR certificate issued by an authorized agency is required within thirty (30) days of being hired.

In addition to a complete application, you must submit: RESUME MINIMUM ONE LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (Letter must have handwritten signatures, and not be older than 1 year) Please add at least 2 references when filling out the application Incomplete applications and/or applications missing the required documents will not be considered

Comments and Other Information

Prior to final hiring and placement, the candidate must pass a Pre-Placement Physical Examination paid for by the Newhall School District. The examination may also include a urinalysis for drug screening. The candidate must also receive fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice.
