We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for motivated and people-oriented individuals interested in gaining experience in community outreach, nonprofit advocacy, communications, event marketing, or public relations.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at community outreach events, awareness campaigns, and public engagement initiatives
- Communicate with community members to share information about nonprofit programs, missions, and fundraising efforts
- Help create positive experiences through professional and friendly face-to-face interaction
- Assist with event setup, campaign coordination, and outreach activities
- Support marketing and community engagement efforts that increase awareness and participation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve outreach and campaign goals
- Learn communication, leadership, and promotional marketing skills through hands-on training
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you grow within the company
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset with strong people skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Interest in community outreach, nonprofit engagement, communications, or event marketing
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or event experience is helpful but not required
