Community Outreach Representative – Entry Level

We are hiring Community Outreach Representatives to help connect local communities with organizations and programs making a difference. This is an entry-level position with training provided, so previous outreach or nonprofit experience is not required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop real-world experience in community engagement, communications, public relations, customer service, marketing, and nonprofit outreach.

What You#39;ll Be Doing

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will be the face of our outreach initiatives and help create positive connections within the community.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Connecting with community members and introducing them to current programs and initiatives
• Having friendly, informative conversations with the public
• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Helping increase awareness of community programs and charitable initiatives
• Building positive relationships with community members
• Participating in local outreach activities and public engagement campaigns
• Supporting community-based projects and initiatives
• Recording basic outreach information and campaign activity
• Working alongside a team to accomplish daily outreach goals
• Representing partner organizations in a professional and positive manner
