We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Outreach Representative to join our growing event marketing team. In this role, you’ll help connect our clients and brands with local communities through event marketing, community engagement, promotional campaigns, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, nonprofits, and local leaders.
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of upcoming events, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Represent the company and client brands at community events, fairs, festivals, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Engage directly with community members, answer questions, provide information, and encourage participation in events and initiatives.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate key campaign messages in a professional and approachable manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and hosting community events, workshops, informational sessions, and brand activations.
- Gather community feedback and insights to help improve future events, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, event participation, community contacts, and campaign interactions.
- Help strengthen brand awareness and create positive experiences for clients, customers, and community members.
Requirements amp; Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and communities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.

- Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, marketing, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
