Resilient Enterprises is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to support outreach campaigns and community engagement initiatives. This role involves interacting with members of the public, providing information about nonprofit programs, and assisting with event-based outreach activities.
This is an entry-level position. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Engage with community members at events and outreach activities
- Provide information about nonprofit programs and initiatives
- Assist with the setup and execution of outreach campaigns
- Support fundraising and awareness efforts for partner organizations
- Accurately track outreach activities and campaign results
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with the public
- Participate in training and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team members to support campaign objectives
Qualifications

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteer, or event experience is a plus but not required
