About the Role: Luna Dental is looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven Community Outreach Representative to help connect our community with the quality dental care they deserve. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our practice, building meaningful relationships and spreading the word about our services across McAllen, TX and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Represent Luna Dental at community events, health fairs, and local outreach programs
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
Educate the public on available dental services, promotions, and patient resources
Distribute marketing materials and drive new patient referrals
Coordinate and schedule community outreach events and sponsorships
Track outreach activity and report on lead generation and patient acquisition metrics
Collaborate with the dental office team to ensure a seamless patient onboarding experience
Requirements:
Prior experience in community outreach, marketing, sales, or a patient-facing healthcare role preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and public communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the McAllen, TX area
Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or tracking software a plus
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for community health and wellness
