Key Responsibilities of a Community Partnership & Growth Manager:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Establish and cultivate relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, hotels, educational institutions, event organizers, and community organizations.
- Identify partnership opportunities that increase transportation usage and brand awareness.
- Develop customized transportation solutions that meet the needs of prospective partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts and community relationships.
- Strengthen existing partnerships while uncovering new growth opportunities.
Community Outreach & Networking
- Attend networking events, business functions, trade shows, and community gatherings on behalf of zTrip.
- Build awareness of company services through face-to-face engagement and relationship management.
- Develop connections with key decision-makers and influencers within the community.
- Represent the company professionally while promoting its mission, values, and transportation solutions.
- Actively participate in community initiatives that enhance visibility and support local engagement.
Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify emerging opportunities to expand service utilization and market reach.
- Generate qualified leads through outreach efforts, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Create strategies to increase ridership and strengthen market penetration.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to support growth initiatives.
- Help launch and support programs that improve customer acquisition and retention.
Brand Awareness & Promotion
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate participation in sponsorships, community programs, and special events.
- Distribute informational materials and educate prospective partners about available transportation services.
- Gather community feedback to better understand customer needs and market demands.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the zTrip brand.
Reporting & Business Insights
- Maintain detailed records of partnership activity, outreach efforts, meetings, and opportunities.
- Track performance metrics related to lead generation, community engagement, and partnership growth.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives that support long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications of a Community Partnership & Growth Manager:
Preferred Experience
- Experience in business development, community relations, account management, outside sales, marketing, customer engagement, or a related field.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop lasting professional relationships.
- Experience working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to confidently engage with business leaders, community organizations, and prospective partners.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking platforms, or business development tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
