Location: Las Vegas, NV -- in person, local travel required

Type: Full time (part time will be considered)

Pay: $18-$20/hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus

Schedule: Daytime hours, weekdays or weekends -- flexible on which hours

About the Role

We are a portrait studio looking for a full-time Community Partnership & Sales Representative to be our presence in the Las Vegas area. This is a hybrid outside sales and marketing role: about half your time is spent building relationships with local businesses and attending events, and the other half is spent following up with past clients and closing sales over the phone and by email.

You will be the face of the studio to partner businesses, event attendees, and clients. If you enjoy meeting new people, can hold a professional conversation with a business owner, and are organized enough to manage your own follow-up without someone checking on you, this role will fit you well.

What You'll Do

Partnership development

• Identify and build relationships with partner businesses in the Las Vegas area
• Establish agreements for partners to display our portraits in their space and offer gift certificates to their clientele
• Maintain those relationships over time -- check-ins, restocking materials, resolving issues

Sales

• Reach out to past clients to sell images through their online galleries
• Follow up consistently and close sales
• Send gift certificates to past ideal clients

Marketing and events

• Facilitate and manage the distribution of flyers on local vehicles
• Research local marketing opportunities, such as charity auctions and community events
• Assist in setting up our booth and attend local events to meet potential clients and collect leads

Studio support

• Assist with customer service inquiries
• Monitor the studio email inbox and respond or route messages appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Driven and self-motivated -- you can work with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule
• Genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to people, in person and on the phone
• Focused and organized -- you track your follow-ups and they do not fall through the cracks
• Professional presentation and demeanor; you will be meeting with business owners and managers in the area
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (required)
• Willing to travel locally throughout the Las Vegas area
