Job Details

This role is responsible for building and managing external partnerships that advance community initiatives and organizational goals. You will serve as a key connector across nonprofit, business, and public sectors while driving outreach programs and events.

Location: Cincinnati, OH or Dayton, OH

Partnership Strategy & Outreach Execution
· Identify and develop partnerships across nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors
· Represent organization at community events, forums, and networking functions
· Lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and engagement campaigns
· Coordinate partner meetings and collaborative initiatives
· Advocate for community needs while promoting organizational priorities

Program Coordination & Stakeholder Management
· Manage multiple projects, events, and timelines simultaneously
· Track engagement metrics and partnership performance
· Maintain stakeholder relationships and ongoing communication
· Utilize CRM and tracking tools to manage outreach activity
· Support reporting on program effectiveness and impact
