Are you passionate about parks, recreation, and community impact? The Springfield-Greene County Parks Department is seeking our next Community Recreation Services Administrator to lead and innovate in our General Recreation Division.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the administrator for SPARC, Archery, and Outdoor Initiatives programs offered to the public
Lead strategic planning and program development for special-use facilities.
Conduct data analysis to measure program performance and viability.
Collaborate with citizens, staff, leadership, and Park Board members to enhance recreational offerings.
