Description
The Springfield-Greene County Park Board is looking for the next Supervisor at the Doling Family Center. This position will primarily oversee front-of-house operations including front desk and childcare teams.
What you will do:
Lead front desk and childcare operations and staff.
Drive memberships and program participation by creating positive and memorable experiences for guests.
Collaborate with the Family Center teams to provide fun, meaningful and creative community programs for all ages!
What you will need:
Strong customer service experience.
Leadership skills - collaboration and teamwork are key!
Experience working with and around childcare/youth programs is a plus.
This position leads the front-of-house operations, and does not have a fitness focus. Experience with serving a diverse community will set you up for success!
What you will love:
Doling Family Center is open seven days a week and houses a full array of facility amenities including cardio and strength training equipment, fitness classes for all ages and abilities, a basketball/volleyball gym, walking track, game room, community meeting spaces, and an indoor aquatics center.
