Community Relations Assistant – Entry Level

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and people-focused Community Relations Assistant to support our community outreach, marketing, public relations, and local engagement initiatives.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, helping others, attending community events, and building professional skills. No extensive experience is required—we welcome recent graduates, career changers, and candidates looking to start their careers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with community outreach programs, campaigns, events, and local initiatives
• Represent the organization at community events and outreach activities
• Engage with community members and provide information about programs and services
• Help with event setup, promotional materials, schedules, and on-site support
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials in the community
• Respond to community questions and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Support marketing, communications, public relations, and community engagement efforts
• Work with team members to execute outreach campaigns
• Track community interactions and event participation
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic administrative tasks
