Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach programs, events, and local initiatives
- Build positive relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders

- Coordinate event logistics, including venue scheduling, vendor communication, event setup, and on-site support
- Prepare, distribute, and manage promotional and informational materials within the community

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational objectives
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to community engagement activities and event participation
- Assist with tracking outreach metrics and evaluating program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities
- Ability to build relationships with diverse groups and community stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools preferred
