Community Relations Assistant – Entry-Level

GEM is hiring Community Relations Assistants to support community outreach, events, and fundraising campaigns on behalf of well-known nonprofit organizations.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in communications, community relations, marketing, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations

• Connect with members of the public and build positive relationships

• Educate communities about nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives

• Support community outreach and fundraising campaigns

• Create a welcoming and engaging experience at events

• Communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds

• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve campaign goals

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• Develop communication, presentation, and leadership skills

No Experience? No Problem!

We provide paid training and hands-on coaching.

Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or nonprofit work is not required. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
