Summary:
The Community Relations Associate supports the planning and execution of community events and outreach initiatives that connect the Club with the local community. This role assists with donation fulfillment, player and mascot appearances, community programming, and event coordination while collaborating closely with the Marketing team to amplify the Club’s community impact. This role offers hands-on experience in professional sports community relations and provides meaningful exposure to nonprofit engagement, event operations, and brand representation.

This role requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings, stadium venues, outdoor locations, and community-based sites. The position involves regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling, with the ability to regularly lift and move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move 20 pounds or more. Employees may be exposed to varying environmental and weather conditions and must be able to support event-related activities, including evenings, weekends, and game-day operations.
