We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Relations & Business Development Coordinator to help expand our client base, build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations, and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

This is a field-based business development role—not a social media or office marketing position. You'll represent Love & Loyalty Home Care in the community, develop referral partnerships, and help connect families with exceptional home care services.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, attorneys, senior communities, and healthcare organizations.
• Generate qualified referrals and new client opportunities.
• Conduct community outreach and attend networking events.
• Present our services to referral partners.
• Track leads and maintain strong follow-up.
