What You'll Do

  • Drive occupancy and achieve community sales goals.
  • Conduct tours and guide families through the decision-making process.
  • Generate leads through networking, community outreach, healthcare partnerships, and business development.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies.
  • Manage prospects through the CRM from inquiry to move-in.
  • Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate a smooth move-in experience for new residents.

Qualifications

  • Sales, business development, marketing, or senior living experience required.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
