Be the reason residents choose to stay.

At LSCRE, we believe great communities don’t just happen-they’re built through meaningful relationships, consistent communication, and exceptional experiences.

As a Community Relations Representative, you are the face, voice, and energy of the property. You guide prospects to become residents, turn residents into advocates, and help create a community people are proud to call home.

What Success Looks Like

  • High occupancy and strong leasing performance driven by your ability to connect, tour, and close

  • Renewal rates that outperform expectations because residents trust you and feel valued

  • Delinquency kept under control through proactive, consistent communication

  • A vibrant, engaged community where residents participate, connect, and stay longer

  • A reputation as the “go-to” person—someone residents enjoy working with and teammates rely on

How You'll Achieve It

1. Build Relationships That Drive Retention

  • Lead renewal conversations that feel personal—not transactional

  • Establish trust and rapport so residents choose to stay

  • Serve as the approachable, solution-oriented “Good Cop” residents rely on

2. Turn Leads Into Leases

  • Manage all inbound leads (Elise AI, phone, email, walk-ins) with speed and intention

  • Deliver engaging, personalized tours that highlight value—not just features

  • Follow up consistently and close with confidence

3. Create an Engaged Community

  • Plan and execute events, newsletters, and social engagement

  • Foster a sense of belonging that keeps residents connected

  • Be proactive in communication—residents should always feel informed

4. Own Communication & Collections

  • Drive rent collection through consistent outreach (calls, texts, emails, in-person)

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with delinquent residents

  • Partner with leadership on escalations and solutions

5. Think Like an Operator

  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

  • Bring insights to leadership that influence strategy

  • Collaborate in monthly meetings to set goals and improve performance

Fuel For Your Success

  • Monthly bonus based on your property's performance

  • Paid Time Off

  • 18+ Holidays & Work Optional Days

  • Discounted housing benefits (that increase annually!)

  • Group medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Long-term disability and life insurance plans
