Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working in a customer-facing role at a Publix store or customer service oriented place of business
  • Must have a strong desire to serve others
  • Must be willing to travel on occasion and a willingness to work overtime when necessary
  • ability to work and communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization as well as customers
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency of Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • ability to create reports and graphs
  • accurate computer typing skills (35-45 wpm)
  • ability to work independently and productively
