JOb Summary
The Community Sales Contractor will be directly responsible for the growth and development of our outside sales channel. Strategic planning of mobile sales Pop-up shops. Dealer support, and door to door sales, as well as providing equipment support, some technical assistance, billing, and collections. The successful incumbent of this position must be able to communicate effectively, possess great organizational skills, lead by example, and encourage a positive environment.
Qualifications or Prerequisites
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Sell the value of the Company's products, service plans and ancillary device
- Develop and execute a mobile sales plan and schedule
- Develop and execute strategic plans for pop-up shops
- Develop and execute strategic plans for door to door sales
- Support Dealer Channel
- Provide optimum Customer experience and develop positive relationships
- Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching Channel needs with the right products and services
- Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by focusing on key locations
- Organize dealer-based community sales events
- Work with business owners to gain permission and access to heavily trafficked areas
- Work with community managers of low income communities to gain access and setup schedule
- Perform other duties and functions as outlined by direct manager, that help to foster and develop channel needs and success

REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- At minimum two (2) years' Customer-facing experience
- At minimum one (1) year experience working in a retail sales environment; one (1) year cellular industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services (i.e., Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluating customer satisfaction)
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Experience in the Communications industry, as well as current and emerging technologies
- Knowledge and experience with wireless retail sales
- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers
- Ability to work in a service-oriented, fast paced team environment
- Ability to listen carefully and actively
- Ability to meet established sales targets
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Computer literacy, with an aptitude for learning communication products and services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience. Some college preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
