Community & School Support BCBA

Integrity Learning Center - Plainfield, Indiana
Full-Time | Hybrid School, Center & Community Services

Integrity Learning Center is searching for passionate and motivated BCBA candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families and offering support for their child!

This full-time BCBA position primarily supports school-based clients, while also providing services during our summer ABA program, assisting with center-based clients preparing for school transitions, and offering short, targeted in-home or community parent coaching sessions to support skill generalization across environments.

Because school enrollment fluctuates by semester, this role offers a flexible and engaging mix of school, center, and community-based responsibilities, allowing for continuity of care and meaningful collaboration with families.

About Integrity Learning Center

  • Early intervention ABA services for children with autism through elementary school, with additional transitional support into elementary school placements
  • Center-based programming, local in-school ABA services, and targeted in-home and community support to families
  • Strong collaboration with families, schools, community, and multi-disciplinary clinicians

Basic Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Compassionate, ethical ABA practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across school, center, community, and home environments
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally
