Do you have a passion for mission-based work and helping people move forward despite challenging circumstances?
Each year, the Volunteer Center helps thousands of court-referred individuals access community service as an alternative to traditional sentencing. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to empowering people while providing excellent service, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring each referral is handled accurately and with dignity. We are currently hiring a Part-Time CRCS Specialist for our Metro Court House satellite location - with potential for full-time in the future. This position interviews court-referred volunteers, reviews court requirements, connects clients with appropriate nonprofit community service placements, maintains accurate confidential records, processes intake fees, and provides professional customer service to clients and court partners.
