Role Overview:


The Community Services CoC Grants Manager contributes to fulfilling the IHCDA mission and meeting strategic and annual IHCDA operational and program goals by overseeing the process of distributing funds from a variety of sources to Community Service providers across Indiana. Through these programs, IHCDA and its partners aim to reduce the number of people experiencing homelessness by connecting them to permanent housing and by ensuring that homelessness, when experienced, is rare, brief, and non-recurring.





Salary Statement:


The salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 and is commensurate with education and experience.







A Day in the Life:



This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:



This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
