This position is well- suited for dynamic, passionate, and resilient professionals dedicated to enhancing community well-being and improving outcomes for the Adams County community. The Community Services Coordinator supports the mission of the Adams County Collaborative Management Program (ACCMP) to assist children, youth, and families in Adams County. This role advances department objectives to Elevate People, Improve Systems, and Strengthen Neighborhoods. The position focuses on prevention, intervention, and improving access to community resources through the Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) program, using a Two-Generation (2Gen) approach for families with children from birth to age 21.
