Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in homes with dogs, has reliable transportation, and is willing to drive clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and tidying client living areas.
- Transport clients safely to medical appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and social activities.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes to the care team.
- Encourage client independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Comfortable working in homes with dogs and other household pets.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous caregiving experience minimum of 1 year professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
