Companion Caregiver – Immediate Opening (Knoxville, TN) 

Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hr, based on experience  

Schedule: Part-time and Full-Time opportunities. Flexible, consistent hours. 

Setting: Oneonone care in a client’s home 

Hand N Hand Home Health Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Companion Caregiver who wants meaningful work and a supportive team. If you love helping others, enjoy building relationships, and prefer a calm, homebased care environment, this role is a perfect fit. 

What You’ll Do 

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support 

• Assist with basic healthrelated tasks such as medication reminders 

• Support daily living needs including meal preparation and light housekeeping 

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment 

• Document care activities accurately and consistently 

• Follow care plans, company policies, and healthcare regulations 

 What Makes You a Great Fit 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Experience as a caregiver, companion aide, or Home Health Aide is a plus 

• Warm, patient, and reliable personality 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Professional, compassionate, and trustworthy demeanor 

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
