Communication The member communicates using:
· An iPad with a Dynavox communication program
· Eye pointing, head nodding, and verbal cues
Her iPad is essential for communication, social connection, and daily engagement.

Key Responsibilities
This role includes hands-on, full care support, including:
· Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
· Ostomy and diaper care
· Medication administration (via feeding tube)
· IV support (training provided)
· Transfers using a lift and wheelchair support
· Transportation to appointments (accessible van provided)
The member requires 24/7 supervision and cannot be left alone.

This is a live-in position in the member’s home. The ideal provider will offer:
· A calm, structured, low-stimulation
· Consistency and attention to medical routines
· A quiet environment, especially in the evenings
Preferences:
· No young children living in the home
· Must be comfortable living with cats (they are very important to her)
· No dogs due to medical needs
