About the Role:
L & Y Enterprises LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Company Class A Driver to join our team in North Bergen, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations throughout New Jersey , New York and Pennsylvania 
• Transport freight and cargo to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate logs including Hours of Service (HOS) using ELD devices
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper securement of freight
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic and safety laws

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
• Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred
• Clean MVR and satisfactory background check
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude
